326-1642 engine oil filter is critical lubrication system component for excavators equipped with C7.1 and C9.3 diesel engines. It traps metal abrasion debris, carbon deposits and sludge inside engine lubricating oil to protect crankshaft, piston and moving parts from abrasive wear. Replacing clogged filter resolves insufficient engine lubrication, oil pressure instability and premature internal component damage. OEM consistent outer dimension enables direct plug-and-play replacement without modification.
